Welcome, February!

Who knew celebrating school choice could be so cool? We had an amazing time at our Ice Skating Meetup & National School Choice Week Celebration at The Cube in Santa Clarita! Thanks to everyone who laced up their skates and joined the fun! We are proud to be able to offer personalized, flexible independent study at our free, public charter school!

This month, our Learner Outcome focus is on becoming empathetic citizens. We encourage learners to actively cultivate an understanding and appreciation for the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of others. This focus aims to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected. Through various activities and discussions, learners identify and respond to the stories of those around them, building essential skills for positive social interaction and collaboration.

If you know someone who may be interested in joining the personalized learning adventure at iLEAD AV Exploration, please encourage them to RSVP for a Parent Preview, where they can observe a workshop, hear from program leaders, and have their questions answered. We also encourage interested families to fill out our enrollment application to either enroll now, be added to our midyear wait list, or apply by March 28 for a chance to save their child’s spot for 2025-26 through our enrollment lottery.
