iLEAD AV Exploration In-Person Workshops

At iLEAD AV Exploration, learners have the opportunity to attend art workshops on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Tuesday workshops are led by our amazing art facilitator, Mrs. Rivera! Thursday workshops vary and are led by a team of EFs each week.

Sign-ups were sent out via Parent Square. You have the opportunity to sign up your child(ren) for workshops for the entire LP. (Please note that no workshops will be held during Learning Period weeks.) Additionally, we always want to ensure your learner is able to balance completing schoolwork and attending extracurricular workshops. For that reason, we require participating learners to be up to date with work submissions and have all of the prior week’s work completed and uploaded no later than Monday at 8:00 AM.

Each Tuesday and Thursday, we will have three sessions of the same workshop. You will be able to sign up your child for one of the sessions. Your child(ren) can attend one of the following times on Tuesday and/or Thursday:

Session 1: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Drop off: 9:20 – 9:30 AM
• Pick up: 10:50 – 11:00 AM

Session 2: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Drop off: 10:50 – 11:00 AM
• Pick up: 12:20 – 12:30 PM

Session 3: 1:10 PM – 2:40 PM

• Drop off: 1:00 – 1:10 PM
• Pick up: 2:30 – 2:40 PM

Space is limited. We will have a wait list you will be able to add your child(ren) to. If you have signed up for a workshop and are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP so we can open up the spot for a waitlist learner. Thank you!
