iLEAD AV Exploration Learner Spotlight on Eli A.
At iLEAD AV Exploration, we have the privilege of working with learners who inspire us daily with their dedication, enthusiasm, and curiosity. One such standout is Eli A., a TK learner whose remarkable perseverance, optimistic approach to learning, and commitment to personal growth and academic excellence have truly impressed our team. We talked with Eli’s mom to get to know Eli even better.
Why did you choose to enroll at iLEAD AV Exploration?
We chose iLEAD for Eli to give him a more individualized approach to school so he could learn as much as he can while he grows.
What is your best memory of your time at iLEAD AV Exploration so far?
Eli said his favorite memory would have to be any time that he has painted during the in-person art workshop with his friends.
Who is a strong iLEAD AV Exploration influence and why?
Eli said his influence at iLEAD is Mrs. Booker because she helps him when he attends the in-person workshops. He also said she is very nice.
Why did your family decide to homeschool, and what does it allow you to do that you couldn’t do at other schools?
We decided to homeschool Eli so we can ensure that he gets the one-on-one time that we love to have with him as he grows and learns. Through iLEAD, all of the students and staff feel like family!
Can you name a favorite project you’ve worked on at iLEAD AV Exploration? What made it memorable?
Eli said his favorite project was when he got to be a firefighter for the Living History Museum. He liked that his family came and listened to him talk about being a firefighter.
Who (facilitator/staff…) would you like to give a shoutout to at iLEAD AV Exploration? Who has helped you and how?
Eli said he would like to give a shoutout to Ms. Toval, “Ezra’s Mom,” because she always helps him with the scissors when he cuts things in class.
Eli’s journey at iLEAD AV Exploration reflects the best of what our program offers — a personalized, supportive environment that encourages creativity, growth, and meaningful connections. We are so proud of Eli and can’t wait to see all the incredible things he will continue to accomplish. Keep shining, Eli!
