Developing Leaders through Project-Based Learning at iLEAD AV Exploration
Every child is a leader. That’s what we know at iLEAD Antelope Exploration. One of the essential educational methods we incorporate to encourage our young leaders to grow is project-based learning (PBL).
With PBL, learning is dynamic, engaging, and connected to the real world. Our kids — inspired learners — not only develop skills in reading, writing, math, social studies, and science, but they also apply the power of research, critical thinking, and collaboration to real-world challenges. From science experiments to community service initiatives, their projects make a real impact. Meanwhile, our highly skilled educators — inspiring facilitators of learning — provide a supportive, enriching environment where kids have access to the resources they need to learn, grow, and lead.
At the conclusion of a project, our kids demonstrate their learning and present their projects to their families and the community, reinforcing the skills they’ve learned and further developing the leader within.
We are honored to support our young leaders on their path to lifelong learning.
