We hope your December is off to a great start. Our iLEAD Learner Outcome focus this month challenges learners to become design thinkers. Together, we are encouraging learners to generate creative ideas, test out solutions, and learn from the process. By encouraging imagination, healthy risk-taking, and collaboration, we are equipping learners with essential skills for success in all areas.
