iLEAD DreamUp Mission Patches Headed To International Space Station
iLEAD Student Aerospace Projects is pleased to announce the top two selected patches for the DreamUp Mission 2019. The selection process was very difficult for our esteemed panel of judges, and we wish that we could send all 859-plus patch designs to the International Space Station. We want to thank our judges: Jeff Courtney, iLEAD Director of Creative Services; Mercedes McDonald, professional artist and College of the Canyons Arts Facilitator; Mark Pestana, Aerospace Consultant, Test Pilot and Fine Artist; Sara Brown, Arts Coordinator for iLEAD Schools; and Liem Bahneman, NASA Mission Patch Designer.
The two selected designs from Byron Aguilar, 4th grade, iLEAD Lancaster (TK-4th grade category); Gabby Ismail, 7th grade, SCVi (5th – 12th grade category) will be sent to the International Space Station later in 2019.
