Message from the Director
Dear Parents,
Welcome back for the 2019-2020 school year. Last week, I wanted to send out something to you so you have some idea of who I am. But that was just a short snippet of what I’ve done. Over time, we will get to know each other more. I met some of you at Meet the Facilitator night, and it’s obvious you are as committed as iLEAD to the learning of your child/children. I am a committed educator who loves children and is passionate about educating them and growing the facilitators who support their learning. I was so excited to receive the opportunity to come and work here at iLEAD AV as the interim School Director. So, you have someone who is ‘ALL IN”.
W.B. Yeats said, “Education is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire.” This is our goal at iLEAD AV. We want to light a fire for learning in all our learners. In order to do that, it requires an environment that fosters learners’ creativity. Our facilitators are working on doing just that. We hope you will join us in our classrooms and events to come. Our doors are always open. Thank you for entrusting iLEAD with the learning of your child/children.
I’m listing weekly learning from our 7 Habits curriculum.
