Family Spotlight: The Stevens Family
We have been an iLEAD AV family since they opened their doors three years ago, with our two youngest children, a daughter in TK and a son in kinder, attending. We learned quickly that choosing iLEAD AV was, without a doubt, the best choice for our family.
While offering countless workshops (electives), hands-on learning, more individualized support, etc., this learning studio is a no-brainer. For us however, it was more about seeing firsthand the lengths to which staff would go in order to ensure the social and academic success of our children, along with a standard of communication not typical in public schools, and that sold us as lifetime, loyal supporters.
Additionally, our kids have both struggled with physical, developmental and behavioral issues, especially our son, who had appeared to struggle the year prior at his previous school. Once at iLEAD AV, he continued to exhibit difficulties and at times had a hard time following directions and lacked the ability to focus. His facilitator identified the issue and implemented tools and solutions almost immediately, while keeping us well informed. To date, with the help of her facilitators, our daughter has made enormous improvements, and while our son has continued to face additional academic/social hurdles, the amazing staff at iLEAD AV has continuously made him, his sister, and our entire family feel safe, comfortable, and a lot like VIP members of the family.
