iLEAD AV 1st Graders Reimagine “Jack and the Beanstalk”
Our 1st graders at iLEAD AV reenacted “Jack and the Beanstalk” — with a twist! Using project-based learning, this lesson began with the classic tale, introducing the plant life cycle and plant parts. In subsequent lessons, our 1st graders explored bean plants, starting with the concept of a beanstalk. The final challenge? Designing safety equipment for Jack, inspired by the external features of a bean seed, sprout, or plant. The kids did beautiful work and had a blast demonstrating their learning!
