iLEAD AV Exploration: Message from the Director

Hello AV Exploration Families,

This week begins our new series of workshops! We look forward to having your learners join us on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. If you are interested in having your child participate, please make sure you sign them up HERE.  

Also, make note of the slight change in workshop times and dropoff/pickup times and locations

• • Workshops begin February 8
    • Classes Tuesdays and Thursdays
      • 9-10:30 a.m., Morning Workshop Time
      • 10:30-11 a.m., Break with snack and play on the side playground
      • 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Afternoon Workshop Time
    • Dropoff in AM from 8:50-9 a.m. at valet behind the school
    • End of Day Pickup from 12:30-12:45 p.m. at valet behind the school
    • Learners attending only 1 workshop during the day:

• Morning Pickup/Afternoon Dropoff 10:30-10:50 a.m. in front parking lot at Exploration gate

• • • • This is only for learners that are not staying for both workshops.
        • Learners being picked up at 10:30 from Morning Workshops
        • Learners being dropped off at 11:00 for the Afternoon Workshop.  

Covid protocol while attending workshops:

1. Please make sure your learner is symptom-free and you have completed the wellness check in ParentSquare. Please show your screening on your phone to the staff at dropoff time.  
2. Learners must wear masks over their nose and mouth while inside the building. While outside they may take their masks off if a distance of 6 feet is obtained between learners.
