iLEAD AV Exploration: Message from the Director

Hello amazing AV Exploration Families!

Learning Period Meeting Week is here! Make sure to meet with your facilitators, have all assigned work turned in, and remember to sign your Learning Log once it’s sent to you on Friday.

Also our Presentation of Learning will take place in person on Thursday, April 7, from 5-6 PM in our Exploration Rooms! This was one of my favorite events in the first semester.  Our learners are amazing and their ideas are innovative. If you haven’t come in person, please encourage your learners to come with their projects! Feel free to bring extended family and friends. Also, if you have potential TK/K family friends, please bring them to our POL.  

On Thursday, April 7, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. we will also hold our TK/K Roundup for the 2022-23 school year! Did you know next year we will offer Universal TK? That’s right! If your child turns 5 by Sept. 1, they can enroll in TK! If your child turns 5 by Sept. 2, they will enroll in Kindergarten. Come hear from our K facilitators and see our space. We will also hold a virtual TK/K Roundup on Wed., April 13th, from 6-7 pm. Please help us spread the word!

We are starting enrollment for the 2022-23 school year. Please refer anyone you know that may be interested in homeschooling to us! They can call me, email me, or visit our website at www.ileadav.org. Click on Learning Options and then ILEAD AV Exploration Home Study. Do you belong to any organizations, own a business, attend a church that would allow you to leave some of our homeschool flyers in their establishment?  If so, please let me know, and I can drop some off either to you, or to the establishments.  We appreciate your help in growing our program and letting people know that school choice is available to their family, too!
