iLEAD AV Exploration: Message from the Director

Hello amazing AV Exploration Families!

This week is all about returning curriculum, celebrating our K and 8th grade learners, and wrapping up the year!

Returning all the curriculum is a big job for our EFs. Your organization will help ensure this process runs smoothly. Please make sure you locate your curriculum materials. An itemized list was sent to you by your EF. Arrive at your pre-arranged time. You and a member of our AV Exploration team will check off all items returned. If there are any items missing, we will let you know the cost of replacement. If you know you are missing items, please bring your checkbook with you.  

Friday is our last day of school! Your EF will send you the learning/attendance log to sign in the morning. Please make sure to complete this as soon as you receive it. We need to have all our attendance taken care of on the 17th in order for our staff to run reports. Thank you for helping us complete this important task.

Our Kindergarten and 8th grade promotions/celebrations will also take place on June 17th! Kindergarten promotion will begin at 10 am, and 8th grade will begin at 11:30. Doors will open at 9:45 for K, and 11:15 for 8th grade. Seating will be first come, first served. Please come to our Exploration gate entrance. Parking is available in the front parking lot, or on the side street (22nd Street West)

Reports of Progress will be emailed to you on June 24th, along with your learner’s MAP scores.

We hope you enjoy your break this summer and look forward to seeing you in August! The first day of school is August 23!
