iLEAD AV Highlights of the Week
7th grade POL
Mrs. Tucker’s 7th grade class read The Giver by Lois Lowry. They learned about different societies. Their driving question and POL were based on this question: Based on what they know of their own society and that of past societies, what would they change in order to create a utopian society?
100th Day of school
iLEAD AV celebrated the 100th Day of school, and we marked this special occasion by reflecting upon and celebrating major milestones in our learners’ many achievements. The learners made necklaces and hats, and facilitators had fun hands-on projects and activities planned for the learners to engage in on this special day.
Middle School Dance
The Ambassadors’ Club hosted a dance on Valentine’s Day. They had fun decorating, dancing, and socializing with their friends. Thank you to the parents who donated items and chaperoned the dance!
