Dear iLEAD AV Exploration Families,
We loved seeing all our learners who participated in our in-person Presentation of Learning Thursday evening. What a creative group of children! We were quite impressed with their final presentations. Great job, iLEAD AV Exploration!
Our Partners in Parenting support group began last week and will be held every Tuesday at 9:15-10:15 AM. We had a nice turnout, and the response was very positive. If you weren’t able to join or you forgot, please join this week, Tuesday, February 21, in our Curriculum Library.
Sadly, the Cat House field trip that was scheduled for this Thursday, February 23, has been canceled. The Cat House is closing, and they have been moving all the animals to other locations. Workshops will not be held on February 23 either. Please be sure to mark your calendars.
Lastly, please remember to complete your Intent to Return form for the 2023-24 school year. It was emailed to everyone via ParentSquare. Please let me know if you need me to resend it to you. If you have new learners joining us for next year, you can get their names on our list and learners will be selected by lottery. Register new (not currently enrolled) learners for 2023/24 here.

Get ready! This year’s book fair is going to be epic! We’ve turned up the volume with more fun, more choices, and more excitement—so kids will arrive curious and leave bolder, prouder, and stronger than ever before. Here’s what you need to know about our book fair:

If you have signed up for workshops, please remember the important changes we have made below:
Drop-off and pick-up will now take place in the front, main parking lot. You can pull up right outside the iLEAD AV Exploration side gate and an EF will be there to greet you and let the learners in. Please note that drop-off will be from 8:45-9:00 AM, and pick-up will be from 12:20-12:30 PM.
We will be holding separate workshops for 6th-8th graders only on Thursdays from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Please note that 6th-8th graders are still welcome to join the other workshops as well, in addition to the ones dedicated to them.
Please plan on having your child bring their school laptop to workshops. We will be using them each day during our Bookshark/Academic portion of our day. Learners will have the opportunity to log into Reading Eggs to work on individualized skills. Make sure your child knows how to log in to their computer with their username and password, or leave a Post-It with their info for us to help them.
